Shipping Details
Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 09 am-6 pm PST, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, provide all address details, including apartment, suite or unit number. All online order requests will include a tracking number, please retain your tracking number.
Once Papillon Bleu has shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled. Please note that our Aesthetics Center is not responsible for any loss and/or delays of products following shipment from our office to the shipping address.
Free shipping is applicable to orders above $75.
For orderes under $75, following shipping rates is applicable

Small Packages at $15
Large Packages at $30
Estimate Delivery Time Period of 3-7 Business Days
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes will be added where applicable by law for all Canadian online orders. Please refer to the customs legislation in your country of residence/province for more information on additional duties and taxes. In the case of refusal, the recipient will still be responsible for any shipping fees, taxes.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you allow refunds/returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns on our all our skincare products. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for color/tone of skincare/makeup product. Papillon Bleu Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse any refunds/returns at any time.
